Once you have successfully booked your stay, you will receive a confirmation email. Immediately following we will send over a rental agreement for your sign via email. From there you will your check-in instructions through email or text message.

All of our properties are equipped with keyless entry technology. Access details will be sent to you shortly before you are due to check-in and once online check-in has been completed.

We accept all major credit cards. We also accept direct bank transfers under certain circumstances – please contact us for more information. We do not accept payment by cash or check.

Arrival time is any time after 3pm and check-out is by 11am

In most cases we require a minimum stay of 2 nights. However, this can vary by property and at different times of year. You can check availability using our online calendar.

You can request to extend your stay and we will do our best to accommodate subject to availability. We require at least 48 hours notice.

We wholeheartedly understand that life, and its many twists and turns, can’t be predicted. Priding ourselves on our unfaltering approach to guest satisfaction by offering a full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.

Pets are welcome free of charge but there is a limit of 2. Any number of pets over 2 will be subject to a charge of $25/ night
